The intervention, generating growth and expansion of the centrality will create jobs, will help solve social issues and will create a more adequate articulation of human activity with natural environments.

It will protect the human habitat making it more human focused, more fair looking to a sustainable future for the next generations.

The intervention will create fair, decent housing for low income people, residents of the district and possible migrants or people attracted to the new urban better living environment.

It will be able to respond to a prospective view where the city grows and has the means and resources to supply to the basic needs the Constitution requires it to do.

It will connect a current isolated area with a city and a region making it more relevant and abler to exploit its potential.

It will consolidate and strengthen a city model setting an example to other cities in the country and in the world.

The intervention will create growth to the population showing them that it is possible to improve, to grow and to do so in a legal fair way.

It will show the world that low income people deserve the same commodities than everybody else.

It will create a sense of community that will unite people rooting to their site, taking care of it and creating the spirit of peace, unity and growth that the city and the country so deeply needs.
