Modelo de vivienda utópico

 

 

El proyecto consiste en el desarrollo de modelos de vivienda siguiendo tipologías clásicas con variaciones volumetricas.

 

El proyecto se desarrolla en dos volumenes principales que se interconectan por circulaciones horizontales o elementos estructurales.

El primero es el muro, que consta de 2 piezas. Un muro exterior con un portico exterior ortogonal; y el muro interior con un portico con un arco de herradura.

Estos dos se basan en los porticos mozarabes de la mezquita de Cordoba.

Este lugar cumpliría la función de oficina, y vivienda de huespedes.

 

El segundo volumen es un cilindro horizontal del cual parten las plantas de la vivienda principal.

Estos volumenes se articulan a nivel formal con la curvatura interior del muro exterior.

 

La vivienda cuenta con un acceso trasero a través de un cuerpo de agua. 

 

 

The project consist in the development of diverse housing models influenced by the classic typologies but with a different approach when talking about form.

 

The project develops in two main volumes that conect with each other by horizontal circulation and structural elements.

The first one is a wall that at the same time is created by two pieces. An external wall with an orthogonal frame; and an internal one with a horseshoe arch.

These two are based on the Mozarab porticoes of the Cordoba mosque.

This place would be used as a business office, and as the guest house.

 

The second volume is a horizontal cilinder from which come out the floors backerboards and a series of forms that articulate with the inner curvature of the outter wall.

 

The house has a back entrance by a water body.
